Project settings

The Project Settings section lets you configure miscellaneous options for the marking project, including when markers can work and how long they have to revise a score after saving it.

Marking sessions schedule

Use this setting to restrict marking to specific times and days. This is useful if you need to align marking activity with organisational hours or coordinated review sessions.

1. In the Project Settings section, select the pencil icon on the Marking Sessions Schedule expandable.
2. Enable Set time periods during which markers are allowed to mark.
3. Set a start time and end time.
4. Select the applicable days of the week.
5. Select Add to include additional schedules if needed.
6. Select Save.

Grace periods

A grace period gives markers a window of time to revise a score after they've saved it. Once the grace period expires, the score is locked.

1. Select the pencil icon on the Grace Periods expandable.
2. Enable the grace period option.
3. Enter the number of minutes for the grace period.
4. Select Save.
